About the Book

Many women today are navigating burnout, stress, and emotional overwhelm, often feeling disconnected from who they are and what they truly want. This thoughtful and practical self-help workbook offers a supportive structure for slowing down, reflecting, and beginning again.

Written by Tanya Benn, a licensed mental health counselor and certified addiction specialist, the book combines exercises, journaling prompts, guided meditations, and affirmations to help readers rebuild self-trust, process old patterns, and reconnect with their inner voice. Each section is designed to support real, lasting change—moving from grounding and inner healing toward authentic self-expression and a more aligned way of living.

Blending therapeutic insight with mindfulness and gentle spiritual practice, Finding a Home Within is both a self-discovery journal and a practical guide for women ready to come back to themselves with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of direction.
