About the Book

Luigi loves making pizza—stretching the dough, piling on toppings, and tossing each pie high into the air. But when an order for “one pizza to go” gets an extra-powerful toss, the pizza flies higher than ever before and doesn’t come back down.

As the runaway pizza soars above town, curious neighbors watch, follow, and wonder just how far it will go. What begins as a simple mistake quickly becomes a rollicking, town-wide adventure packed with slapstick humor, bright illustrations, and delicious visual chaos.

With playful rhyming text and energetic art, One Pizza to Go! is a funny food picture book perfect for storytime, classroom read-alouds, pizza lovers, and kids who delight in a joke that keeps getting bigger.
