Cara Greene Epstein isn’t a doctor, but she has played one on TV. An actor turned writer, Cara loves collaborating with creative people and helping bring their stories to life, either as a writing partner or developmental editor. Her own projects include the award-winning feature film Dragonfly, now streaming on Amazon Prime, which she wrote and produced, and her viral TED Talk (1.3M+ views) How Theater Weathers Wars, Outlasts Empires and Survives Pandemics. Cara is an Alfred P. Sloan Screenwriting Fellow, a recipient of Cornell University’s John S. Knight Writing Award, and holds an MFA in Television and Screenwriting from Stephens College. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband Ben, children Ei and Micah, and feisty puppers Zuri.
